Welcome back! Happy Tuesday…
A quick card. New products arrived and I had to have a play. Mixing the old with the new for a pretty Christmas card.
The challenges: Theme – Krafty Chicks (#841) and Addicted To Stamps & More (#527); Colors – Color Hues (#142) Golden Glow and Cherry Cobbler and Color Dare (#724) Shades of Yellow plus One.

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Cherry Cobbler cardstock.
- Card Front: (4” x 5¼”) Champagne Metallic and White Leafy patterned piece of paper from the retired Gathering Together Specialty Designer Series Paper pack.
- Using a Blending Blush, Golden Glow ink was added to the patterned paper. Excess ink was wiped away with a soft tissue.
- The larger Leaf image from the new (available in November) Collage Botanicals stamp set, an On-Line Exclusive product, was stamped with Golden Glow ink and the Mini Splatter image, from the same stamp set, was stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink.
- Decoration: Cherry Cobbler and Golden Glow cardstock scraps die-cut with two of the Leaf-Type dies from the retired Magical Meadows Dies set.
- Sentiment: Cherry Cobbler cardstock scrap die-cut with the Noel die from the retired Wonderful Wreath Framelits Dies set.
All elements were adhered to the card base. Such a pretty arrangement. Adding another card to the 2026 Holiday collection.

Thanks for spending some of your time with me today. Cheers, Jolanda!

Jolanda, what a wonderful way to use these products for a Christmas card in non-traditional colors. Love the soft yellow background and all the stamped and die cut foliage. So very pretty! Thanks so much for playing along with my color challenge at Color Hues!
