Whispering Woods – Holiday Woodland Wishes

Design Team Time for Facebook’s Case-ing Tuesday (#577), where we select cards from the Catalogs and remake them as we are inspired.  Today’s inspiration can be found on page 12 of the May – Aug 2026 Catalog. I am featuring a few new products that will be available next month.

My design choices were influenced by the Jingle Belles (#2617) for a masculine holiday card and Krafty Chicks (#833) for their Christmas week.

I am sharing this card with Farm Quest Country Christmas (#34) and Love To Craft (#93) Anything Goes.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Shaded Spruce cardstock.
• Background Panel: (4⅛” x 5⅜”) Shaded Spruce cardstock dry-embossed with the Rustic Check 3D Embossing Folder.
• Blocks: Tree pattern and Animal pattern pieces of paper from the Whispering Woods Designer Series Paper pack, this year’s Holiday Give Back Charity Donation of $3 for every purchase.
  • Horizontal Tree Blocks: (2¼” x 1¼”); Vertical Animal Blocks: (1½” x 2½”).
• Greeting Accent Mat: (⅞” x 1¾”) Blueberry Bushel cardstock scrap.
• Greeting Label: Basic White cardstock scrap.
  • The sentiment, Holiday Greetings, from the Woodland Wishes stamp set, an On-Line Exclusive Product, was stamped with Shaded Spruce ink and then die-cut with the (1½” x ⅝”) Postage Stamp die from the Perennial Postage Dies set.

All elements were adhered to the card base, and the Greeting was popped up with Dimensionals.

Such a nice masculine Christmas card!
