End of the Week! Welcome back. Having fun with Black and White for #SimpleStamping card. Just Stamps, Ink and Paper.
Challenges: Alphabet (Letter B) for the colors; Inkspirational (#288) for the patterns; and Retro Rubber (#205) for the sketch and the stamp set choices.

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic Black cardstock.
- Top Right Corner: (3” x 3”) Basic White cardstock.
- The sentiment, You make the world a better place, from the retired Better Places stamp set (circa 2021) and the Feather image from the retired Four Feathers stamp set (circa 2014) was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
- Background Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Black & White Striped patterned piece of paper from the retired Pattern Party Designer Series Paper pack.
- The Top Right Corner was folded under at (2¾”)
- Triangle: (2¾” x 2¾”) Black & White Dotted patterned piece of paper also from the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper pack.
- The Square was cut in half on the diagonal and the Triangle was adhered in place for the Fold-Back sketch design.
All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch.
Black and White is a striking combination and here, the Stripes and Dots are most graphic.

Your black and white creation is awesome, I like the bold lines in combination with the tiny polka dots. The contrasting papers go very well together, and they even seem to create an optical illusion: it almost looks like somebody folded the upper corner of the card to release the feather. The sentiment you’ve chosen is beautiful, such a calming way to let somebody know you’re thinking of them. I’m sure the uplifting message will find its way to the recipient. Thanks for joining the Alphabet challenge.
Hugs, Veronika
