Welcome back! One of us is going travelling and I have lots to do to get ready. So here is a quick card before I get serious…
Playing with Double Trouble (#134) partnering with Use Your Stuff (#480). I chose the colors from Sunday Stamps (#305) and the sketch from Paper Players (#633).

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Balmy Blue cardstock.
- Background Panel: (3⅜” x 4¾”) Sweet Sorbet cardstock die-cut with the same sized die from the Stitched Rectangles Dies set.
- Tilted Rectangles: (1½” x 4”) pieces of patterned paper from the retired Playful Pets Designer Series Paper pack.
- Words on White: White Background was colored Balmy Blue using a Blending Brush.
- Sentiment Strip: (4” x ½”) Basic White cardstock scrap.
- The sentiment, You’ve got a friend in me, from the retired Bella & Friends stamp set was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Not a pun, but a sincere sentiment.
- Accent Circle: (2⅛”) Basic Black cardstock scrap die-cut with one of the circle dies from the Stylish Shapes Dies set.
- Focal Image – Schnauzer: The Smoky Slate / Gray Dog was fussy cut from one of the patterned pieces of paper, also from the Playful Pets Designer Series Paper pack.
All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch. The Schnauzer was popped up with Dimensionals.
Celebrating National Puppy Week. The Pooch looks so happy.
Thank you for spending a some of your time with me today. Cheers, Jolanda!

Love how you combine so many challenges all in one card. It takes a lot of thought on how to bring it together; but with a little patience it all comes together. Adorable pup card and Baily is adorable. Thanks for sharing with us at Double Trouble and Slim thanks you for bringing in your FURend to his special drawing.
