Welcome back! It is Tuesday…let’s play…
A few challenges are running with a similar theme: Can You Handle the Pressure (#27), Just Us Girls (#670) and Shopping Our Stash (#492). I chose a more muted or softer Rainbow Palette, so I am adding the card to Make My Monday (#196) and bringing it all together, the current sketch from TGIF (#411).

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Very Vanilla cardstock.
- Background Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Rainbow Colored Striped pattern piece of paper from the retired Cupcakes & Carousels Designer Series Paper pack dry-embossed with Cross-Hatch Basics 3D Embossing Folder.
- Background Rectangle: (2½” x 3¾”) Muted Coordinating Rainbow Pennant patterned piece of paper also from the retired Cupcakes & Carousels Designer Series Paper pack.
- Accent Strips: (2¾” x 1”) Calypso Coral and (2½” x ½”) Bermuda Bay cardstock scraps.
- Sentiment Shape – Hexagon: (2” x 2¼”) So Saffron cardstock scrap die-cut with that sized Hexagon die from the Beautiful Shapes Dies set.
- The Remembered/Appreciated/Celebrated sentiment from the Inspired Thoughts stamp set was stamped with Bermuda Bay ink.
All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch. The Sentiment was popped up with Dimesionals and several shiny Iridescent Coral, Blue and White retired Adhesive Backed Seasonal Sequins were added for a bit of extra bling.
Sometimes we just have to dive into our stash.
