Are you a Corn Beef and Cabbage kind of person? Do you hoist a Green Beer in good cheer? Me? Corn Beef, yes…Green Beer, no…but I have been known to enjoy a Beer or two! Happy St. Patrick’s Day.
Several Challenges are hosting this theme and I am knocking them all off with this card: Festive Friday (#129); Double Trouble (#133) partnering with Inspiration Station (#47); Try Stampin’ On Tuesday’s (#597) and Tic Tac Toe (#199). Let’s play!

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Emerald Envy cardstock (retired).
- Background Panel: (4⅛” x 5⅜”) Emerald Envy cardstock dry-embossed with the new Cross-Hatch Basics 3D Embossing Folder.
- Background Rectangle: (3” x 4¼”) Cucumber Crush Grid patterned piece of paper from the retired Cherry on Top Designer Series Paper pack.
- Cross Strip: (4¼” x 1¼”) Shaded Spruce Plaid patterned piece of paper from the retired 2021/2022 Regals Collection Designer Series Paper pack.
- The sentiment, Much Luck and Good Fortune, from the retired Crane of Fortune stamp set was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with Gold Embossing Powder. Hard to see in the photo but looks really pretty when held in hand.
- Circle Shapes: Very Vanilla cardstock scrap.
- One of the Tile designs from the Graceful Tiles stamp set was chosen because the center image looked a little like Four-Leaf Clovers.
- The Tile image was stamped with retired Cucumber Crush ink and the Four-Leaf Clovers were colored in with the retired Light Cucumber Crush Stampin’ Blend Marker.
- Gold Accents were added with the retired Gold Stampin’ Dazzle Marker.
- The Four-Leaf Clovers were die-cut with the (1¼”) Stitched Circle die from the Stylish Shapes Dies set
All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch. A bit of shiny Gold Metallic Thread from my stash was wrapped around the top of the Background Panel completing the card.

Element Check:
For Festive Friday: Green = almost everything; Gold = Thread / Sentiment; Clover = Stamp; Luck = Sentiment
For Tic: Ribbon/Twine = Gold Metallic Thread; Tac: Layers = Five; Toe: Patterned Paper = Two
For Double Trouble: Color = Green and Plaid = Patterned Paper / Embossing Folder
Playing with my favorite color…

This is beautiful Jolanda! I love the DSP and texture from the EF combined and great use of that sentiment too. Also, the trio of highlighted tiles are a great use of this set. I think you’ve used your supplies so creatively here! Thanks for playing along with us over at Festive Friday Challenge and TicTacToe!
