Catching up and having a bit more of a play this afternoon.
Challenges: Facebook Case-ing Tuesday (#397) Sketch – a little late to the game; Creative Colours (#78); Can You Handle The Pressure (#26) Tools and Theme; and Happy Little Stampers (March) Birthday Theme.

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Soft Suede cardstock.
- Accent Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Bumble Bee and Floral patterned piece of paper from the retired Heart & Home Designer Series Paper pack.
- Using Stampin’ Blends Markers, the visible Flowers were colored over with Light Rich Razzleberry and the Floral Stems and Bees were colored over with the Light Flirty Flamingo.
- Center Panel: (4” x 3”) Very Vanilla cardstock dry embossed with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder.
- Accent Strip: (4” x 1”) Rich Razzleberry cardstock scap.
- The Decorative Edge image from the Queen Bee stamp set was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with White Embossing Powder.
- Focal Image – Floral Bumble Bee: Very Vanilla cardstock scrap.
- The Bumble Bee image from the same stamp set was stamped with Rich Razzleberry ink and the Florals were colored with the Light Flirty Flamingo, Rich Razzleberry and Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends Markers.
- The Bumble Bee was die-cut with the coordinating die from the Queen Bee Dies set.
- Sentiment Strips: Very Vanilla cardstock scrap.
- The words, Happy and Birthday, also from the same stamp set were stamped with Rich Razzleberry ink.
- The words were trimmed with Paper Snips.
- The trimmed word strips were colored with the Light Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blends Marker.
- Decoration – Honey Combs: Soft Suede cardstock scraps die-cut with the Honey Comb die, also from the Queen Bee Dies set.
All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch. The Floral Bumble Bee and the Sentiment Strips were popped up with Dimensionals. A Rhinestone Basic Jewel was colored with the Dark Rich Razzleberry Stampin’ Blends Marker and added to the body of the Bee and two Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels were added to the Honey Combs.
