Nature’s Prints

Having another play with a few more challenges for another gender-neutral clean and simple birthday card for Atlantic Hearts (#510) and Creative Colour (#74).

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Case Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic White cardstock.
• Background: (1½” x 5½”) Strips from Sun Prints Designer Series Paper pack (Starry Sky) and Pretty Prints Designer Series Paper pack (Calypso Coral and Evening Evergreen for Shaded Spruce).
• Sentiment Label: (2¾” x 1”) Basic White cardstock scrap.
  • The sentiment, Best Wishes & Happy Thoughts, from the Nature’s Prints stamp set was stamped with Calypso Coral ink.
• Label Accent Mat: (2⅞” x 1⅛”) Calypso Coral cardstock scrap.
• Decoration – Gingko Leaves: Basic White cardstock scrap.
  • The Gingko Leaves image from the same stamp set, Nature’s Prints, was stamped with both Starry Sky and Evening Evergreen ink.
  • The Gingko Leaves were die-cut using the coordinating die from the Natural Prints Dies set.
  • The Evening Evergreen Leaves were trimmed with Paper Snips.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch.  Another great card for a fellow!
