Forever Friendship – Happy Birthday

Happy Tuesday and welcome to the Facebook Case-ing Tuesday challenge (#365).

I chose to flip the sketch from a vertical position to the horizontal to better suit my stamped image from the Forever Friendship stamp set.

Here is the result: 

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Cajun Craze cardstock.
• Background Panel: (5⅜” x 4⅛”) Very Vanilla cardstock stamped with the image from the Tropical Hideaway stamp using Mossy Meadow ink.  I did use the Stamparatus® Positioning Tool as this is a very large stamp.
• Accent Panel: (4⅝” x 3⅜”) Mossy Meadow cardstock.
• Focal Panel: (4½” x 3¼”) Very Vanilla cardstock.
  • The Plant Collection image from the Forever Friendship stamp set was stamped with Early Espresso ink.
  • The Plant were colored with Stampin’ Blends.  Round Pot: Light and Dark Cajun Craze and Granny Apple Green; Stool & Pot: Light and Dark Pumpkin Pie and Old Olive and the SU200 Skin Tone color for the Brown; Tall Pot: Light and Dark Mossy Meadow, Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blendability (retired) with Dark Cajun Craze.
• Cross Strip Accent: (¾” x 4½”) Cajun Craze Dotted patterned piece of paper from the Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper pack.
• Sentiment Flag: (1” x 1”) Crushed Curry Striped pattern piece of paper from the 2022/2023 Regals Collection Designer Series Paper pack.
  • The sentiment, Happy Birthday, from the Forever Friendship stamp set was stamped with Mossy Meadow ink.

All of the elements were arranged to resemble the flipped sketch, completing the card.
