Itty Bitty Birthdays – Another Year Older!

Is it only me that cannot believe how fast the world turns?  You blink and another year has gone by…

Inspiration from the following:

SKETCH: Fab Friday Challenges (#217) and COLOR: CAS Colours & Sketches Challenges (#427).

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Background Panel: (5⅜” x 4⅛”) Crushed Curry cardstock double dry-embossed.  Bottom inch with the Bark 3D Embossing Folder and the top with the Evergreen Forest 3D Embossing Folder. These folders together created a subtle nature scene.
• Side Strips: Top (3¼” x ⅝”) Cajun Craze Regals Family 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper stack (retired pattern); Middle (3¾” x ⅝”) Basic White cardstock.  The sentiment, Can’t Believe…, from the retired Itty Bitty Birthdays stamp set was stamped to the right with Memento Tuxedo Black ink; and Bottom (4¼” x ⅝”) Pumpkin Pie and Crushed Curry plaid pattern from the retired Plaid Tidings 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper stack.

All the strips were overlapped and adhered to the background panel and then popped up with Dimensionals and added to a Crushed Curry card base (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”).

A super quick masculine birthday card!
