With pride, I dedicate this card to many of my friends…
Strong and resilient as Hammered Metal, you move through the world with grace and kindness. Each of you unique. I love you and you are truly amazing!
Steps:
- Colored Strips of cardstock were sourced from my storage bins and trimmed (4” x ¼’) in Real Red, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Gumball Green (it was in the bin!), Pacific Point and Gorgeous Grape and adhered to a Basic White cardstock base (4” x 1 ½”). The color blocks were trimmed on the diagonal (3½” x 1½”).
- Background Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Basic White cardstock dry-embossed with theHammered Metal 3D Embossing Folder.
- The Sentiment Label: (1⅞” x 1¼”) Basic White cardstock. The sentiment, You’re Absolutely Amazing, from the Color & Contour stamp set was so appropriate because you show your true colors every day. The sentiment was stamped in Pacific Point ink and then die-cut with one of the label shapes from the Tasteful Labels Die set.
All the elements were adhered to a Pacific Point card base (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) as per the sketch layout.
