Hi Everyone! It’s Saturday and I am working with the Case-ing Tuesday #291 Challenge. I know…I am a bit late…but it is not next Tuesday yet…
For my color choices, I selected the Stampin’ Up! Only Challenge – SUOC-269 for the colors.
This is what I created…

A Black and White challenge with a pop of color. In this case, Melon Mambo with a hint of Silver.
One of the best places to start for Black and White is the simply gorgeous True Love Designer Series Paper.
I selected to fussy cut one of the Floral Cluster images and color it in with the Melon Mambo and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends. Working with Stampin’ Blends is so easy and the color is so rich and vibrant.
For my top panel, I chose the Black and White Small Diamond pattern. For the tilted mat, I chose to use Melon Mambo cardstock.
A hint of Silver? I selected a piece of Silver Foil. The sentiment, You Are A Treasure, from the Treasured Medallion stamp set was stamped in Versamark and heat embossed with Black Embossing Powder. The sentiment label was cut with the Treasured Tags Pick a Punch. The stamp set and the punch are available as a Bundle. Purchasing Bundles saves you 10 %. A great deal.
The background panel is Basic White and has been dry embossed with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder. All elements have been assembled on to a Basic Black card base.
A Classic combination: Black and White. I am very pleased with how this card came together. An explosion of Melon Mambo color!
Cheers, Jolanda. Thank you for spending some of your time with me today.

I love how you created the perfect colored flowers using the blends. Did you add something extra to the centers of the flowers? Thanks for playing with us at SUO challenges.

So much fun to color. Looking at my card, I do not think I adding anything. If anything, just A bit more black to darken the centers. Appreciate you taking the time to comment. Thanks!
