Design Time: Cardz 4 Guyz (#391) with a color combo.

My design was influenced by: Festive Friday (#220) with a list of Halloween inspired options and Love Those Pretty Papers (#2610) with a Halloween Twist.

Sharing with If You Give A Crafter a Cookie (#221) and their Halloween theme and choosing the Stampin’ Up! Only (#412) Catalog Case Sketch to bring my ideas together.

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Timid Tiger cardstock.
- Background Panel Top: (4” x 2½”) Wavy Ombre Black and White Striped patterned piece of paper from the retired Beautifully Penned Designer Series Paper pack.
- Background Panel Bottom: (4” x 3”) Leafy Ombre Black and White patterned piece of paper from the same paper pack.
- The Leaves were colored with the Dark Granny Apple Green and Timid Tiger Stampin’ Blends Markers.
- Flag Strip: (4” x 1”) Granny Apple Green cardstock dry-embossed with the Softly Woven 3D Embossing Folder and hand-flagged with Detail Scissors
- Large Shape – Leafy Floral: (3” X 3”) Basic Black cardstock die-cut with the Floral Spray die from the Forever Florals Dies set, still available but now on the Last Chance List.
- Middle and Small Shapes – Pumpkins: Timid Tiger cardstock scrap.
- Two of the Pumpkin images from the Painted Pumpkins stamp set were stamped with Black ink and shaded with the Light Timid Tiger Stampin’ Blends Marker.
- Using the Journaling Pen, Pumpkin Faces were added by hand and then fussy-cut with Detail Scissors.
- Banner Strip: (3” x ½”) Basic Black cardstock scrap hand-flagged with Detail Scissors.
- Sentiment – BOO: Granny Apple Green cardstock scrap die-cut with the Letters “B” and “O” from the retired Playful Alphabets Dies set
All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch found on page 31 of the September – December 2026 Catalog. The Pumpkins were popped up with Dimensionals.
