Pretty Pink Posies – Birthday Card – The Inque Spot Studio

Time again for the Hand Stamped Sentiments (#493) and the Case-ing Tueday (#574) Design Team Challenges. This round, we have a Color Board and a very nice Sketch.

I am also sharing this card with AAA Birthday Cards (#87) and Little Red Wagon (#867).

Here is the result:

TIMELESS CHARM – HSSCC493 – CT574 – AAABCB87 – LRW867

Steps:

Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Barely Blush cardstock.
Accent Banner: (3½” x 4½”) Lost Lagoon cardstock.
Banner: (3⅜” x 4⅜”) Basic White cardstock.
- The Banners were married up and cut in at (⅝”) with Detail Scissors.
Focal Image – Flowers: Floral patterned piece of paper from the Artisan Sketched Garden Designer Series Paper pack, colored with Stampin’ Blends Markers. Colors chosen: Light and Dark Barely Blush, Light Golden Glow and Light Lost Lagoon and fussy-cut with Detail Scissors.
Sentiment Flag: (3” x ½”) Golden Glow Mini Floral patterned scrap from the Moonlit Flora Designer Series Paper pack hand notched with Detail Scissors.
- The sentiment, Happy birthday, from the retired Timeless Charm stamp set was chosen for the smaller font and stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch. The larger Floral Bouquet was popped up with Dimensionals and a few Barely Blush and Golden Glow 2026-2028 In Color Dots were added for a bit of bling.

A pretty birthday card.
