By The Dock – The Living is Easy in the Summer

Design Time: Cardz 4 Guyz (#388) with a Summer Time theme and I kept really simple!

Additional influences: Inspire Create (#220) Single Layer; Krafty Chicks (#829) Clean & Simple; Colorful Options (#2607) Red, White & Blue; and Addicted to Stamps & More (#521) Make Your Mark – Coloring Technique.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic White Thick cardstock.
• All images were stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
• By The Dock: Dock, Boat, Water, Ground, Fish and Seagulls.
• In The Moment: Sentiment.
• The scene was colored with Watercolor Pencils: Real Red, Cherry Cobbler, Balmy Blue, Basic Gray, and Granny Apple Green.
• The Crumb Cake color: Deep Almond from the Colors of the World Crayola Pencil Crayons set.

A relaxing summer time card for the fellow that appreciates a little downtime.
