Sketched Garden – Happy Birthday

Welcome back!  A brand-new month…May.  Here’s to a glorious beginning!

Today, I have chosen the color palette from Sunday Stamps (#384) and the Freshly Made (#734) sketch presented in A2 format for my card.

My design choices were influenced by Ellibelle’s Garden Party (#14) and sharing with Creative Crafters (#99) for Anything Goes.

Here is the result:

CUTEST CREW – ARTISAN SKETCHED GARDEN DSP – SSC384 – FMS734 – EGP014 – CC099

Steps:

  • Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Bubble Bath cardstock.
  • Background Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Basic White cardstock die-cut with the Eyelet Blooms Die, the April 2026 Exclusive Product of the Month, still available with a qualifying purchase.
  • Accent Mat: (3¼” x 3½”) Cloud Cover cardstock.
  • Focal Panel: (3” x 3”) Basic White cardstock dry-embossed with the Paradise Garden Hybrid Embossing Folder, an On-Line Exclusive product.
  • Right-side Shape: (2” x 3”) Barely Blush cardstock, a new In-Color for 2026/2028, die-cut with the (1½” x 2¼”) Elongated Octagonal Label die from the Forever Florals Dies set, also an On-Line Exclusive product.
    • The sentiment, Happy Birthday, from the Cutest Crew stamp set, another On-Line Exclusive product, was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
  • Focal Image – Floral Vase: Floral image fussy-cut with Paper Snips from the Flowers and Plants patterned piece of paper from the Artisan Sketched Garden Designer Series Paper pack colored with Stampin’ Blends Markers.  Colors chosen: Blooms – a mix of Dark Barely Blush and Dark Bubble Bath; Leaves – a mix of Light and Dark Lemon Lolly with Light Cloud Cover; Vase, Water, Shadows – Light and Dark Cloud Cover.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch.  The Flower Vasel was popped up with Dimensionals.

A soft and sweet birthday card.
