Welcome back! A quick little card for you today. In yesterday’s class I featured the Mix & Match products. Preprinted Card Bases and Envelopes along with a great selection of Ephemera. Chopped everything up and everyone went to town creating unique cards.
So, this is one I created for the TGIF (#477) and Color Hues (#89) challenges.

The result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Summer Splash cardstock.
- Background Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Pool Party Cross Hatch card base from the Calming Creek Cards & Envelopes pack cut in half and trimmed to size.
- Cross Strip: (4¼” x 1½”) Basic White Cross Hatch envelope flap, also from the same pack cut apart and trimmed to size.
- The sentiment, Birthday Wishes from the Simply Said stamp set was stamped with Summer Splash ink.
- Shape – Flowers: Blossoms selected from the Fully Flowering Ephemera pack cut apart and closely trimmed.
Quick, easy and summer pretty. The top Flower was popped up with Dimensionals and a few Fresh Freesia and Lost Lagoon Tinsel Gems were added for sparkle.
Thanks for spending some of your time with me today. Cheers, Jolanda!
