Hi! Who loves coloring books? I know that I do. I find them meditative. This afternoon, I have a very clean and simple art card for you.
Over at AAA Cards (#252), the color scheme inspired me to dig out the Treasured Medallion stamp set and my Stampin’ Blends Markers.
Here is the result:
Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 4¼” scored at 4¼”) Basic White cardstock.
- Accent Mat: (4” x 4”) Basic Black cardstock.
- Focal Panel: (3⅞” x 3⅞”) Basic White cardstock.
- The Medallion image was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with Silver Embossing Powder.
- The Medallion was colored with the Light Balmy Blue, Dark Highland Heather and Dark Basic Black Markers.
A bit of glue…ta da! Done! I chose not to add a sentiment to make this an Art card suitable for any occasion.
I am also sharing this card with Simply Clean & Simple (#5) and The Color Hue (#75).
