Color Pop Birthday

Welcome back!  The start of the Holiday weekend.  Wishing you a fun and safe time as you celebrate.

A few fun challenges for a no STAMP card.  First, the super fun and bright color combination from Creative Colour (#90) paired with the Tuesday Morning (#708) sketch asking for a large sentiment.  So why not the retired Happy Birthday Thinlits Die still in my stash?  Both of these two combined ideas work well for the Seize the Birthday (#262) Make it Pop theme.  What fun!!

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Daffodil Delight cardstock
• Background Panel: (3⅞” x 5¼”) Gorgeous Grape cardstock die-cut with the largest Rectangle die from the Radiating Stitches Dies set.
• Sentiment: (3” x 3½”) Daffodil Delight cardstock die-cut with the Happy Birthday Thinlits Die.
• Decorations: Poppy Parade cardstock scrap die-cut with both the Circle and Heart dies also from the Radiating Stitched Dies set.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch.
