Colour Inkspiration Challenge #87

One of the challenges that I especially like to participate in is Colour Inkspiration. I started with #82 and have entered my creations in all of the challenges since then.

I was encouraged when my first entry made it to the Top 5 list. Very exciting! Better yet, my entry for #85 was a winner. The perk of winning? I have been invited to be a guest designer for the Colour Inkspiration #87 Challenge.

Wild Rose is what I designed for this lovely colour scheme of Mango Melody, Pumpkin Pie, Pear Pizzazz, Sahara Sand and Very Vanilla. Hope you like it!

The roses and leaves have been embossed in Gold on to Shimmery White card stock. The roses were water-colored with Mango Melody and Pumpkin Pie and the leaves were water-colored with Pear Pizzazz. I chose to fussy cut them to have a close edge. The label was cut with the Stitched Nested Die, speckled with Sahara Sand and the sentiment was embossed in Gold. The Mango Melody mat was dry embossed with the Dainty Diamonds 3D embossing folder. The card base is Sahara Sand. Champagne Rhinestones and a golden leaf from the Forever Gold Laser Cut Specialty Paper was added for a little bit of bling.
