Welcome back! A few sneak peeks for you today…
Today’s challenges: As You See It (#377) with a Recipe of Elements and Paper Players (#796) for the Sketch.

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Crushed Curry cardstock.
- Background Panel: (5¼” x 4”) Daffodil Delight cardstock dry-embossed with new Softly Woven 3D Embossing Folder, available in September.
- Blocks: Yellow patterned pieces of paper die-cut with the (1½” x 1½”) Stitched Square die from the Stylish Shapes Dies set. Papers: Honeycomb – Beautiful Ordinary Life Designer Series Paper pack; Diamond Tile – Floral Delight Designer Series Paper pack (retired); and Tiny Floral – Mixed-Up Patterns Designer Series Paper pack, an On-Line Exclusive product.
- Decoration – Sunflowers and Leaves: Basic White and Pecan Pie cardstock scraps.
- The Single Sunflower image, from the new Radiant Sunflowers stamp set, available in September, was stamped with Golden Glow ink and colored with Light Pecan Pie and Light and Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Markers and then over stamped with Pecan Pie ink.
- The Sunflowers were then die-cut with the coordinating die from the Radiant Sunflowers Dies set.
- The Single Leaf image, from the same set, was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with Clear Embossing Powder and then die-cut.
- Sentiment: Crushed Curry cardstock scrap.
- The sentiment, Wishing you well, from the Greenery Lane stamp set, another On-Line Exclusive product, was stamped into both Versamark ink and Pecan Pie ink and heat-set with Clear Embossing Powder using the Clear Color Embossing Technique.
- The sentiment was then fussy-cut with Detail Scissors.
All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch. A few retired Wild Wheat 2023-2025 In Color Dots were added to complete the card as per the recipe.

I love that textured background – and I have just got this folder myself. Love the bright, happy colours and those sweet sunflowers. The dark, bold sentiment works really well. Thanks for sharing with us at The Paper Players.

I’d swear that that background paper was a mesh of some kind and you’re telling me it’s an EF?? I’m blown away by that! This is a great design, Jolanda, and sunflowers are the iconic yellow flower! Thanks for cooking up our recipe at As You See It Challenges this week!
