Nature’s Walk – Happy Birthday

Hi again!  Chasing a deadline…

Both Inkspirational (#369) and Little Red Wagon (#862) have an outdoor theme.  Addicted to Stamps and More (#519) has an Any Occasion theme, and I selected Birthday.

Choosing the Inspire Create (#217) Sketch to bring my ideas together.

Here is the result:

CUTEST CREW – FERN & FLORA DIES – IC369 – LRW862 – ATSM519 – ICC217

Steps:

  • Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Pretty Peacock cardstock.
  • Background Panel: (5⅜” x 4⅛”) Very Vanilla cardstock.
    • The sentiment, Happy Birthday, from the Cutest Crew stamp set, an On-Line Exclusive product, was stamped with Old Olive ink
  • Blocks: (1¾” x 12”) Variegated Green Ombre patterned piece of paper from the Nature’s Walk Designer Series Paper pack, also an On-Line Exclusive product, was die-cut with the (1½” x 1½”) Stitched Square die from the Stylish Shapes Dies set.
  • Decoration – Forest Ferns: Old Olive and Peaceful Pine cardstock scraps die-cut with Fern dies from the Fern & Flora Dies set.

Keeping it simple and suitably masculine, this birthday card has all the elements of a walk in the woods.

Thanks for popping by. I hope you have a great day! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. I’m happy to help you!!!

Cheers,  Jolanda!
