Welcome back! Wishing you a wonderful weekend and hoping you find some time to be creative…
Today, I am playing with the Double Trouble (#214) 3-2-1 Recipe featuring 3 Patterned Papers, 2 Primary Colors and 1 Image with a Twist to add a Flying element and to partner with Try A Sketch On Tuesday (#693).

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic White cardstock.
- Background Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Diagonally Striped patterned piece of paper from the retired Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper pack.
- Cross Strip: (3¾” x 1½”) Zig Zag patterned piece of paper from the same paper pack.
- Center Block: (3” x 2½”) Bokeh Circles patterned piece of paper, also from the same paper pack.
- Tilted Panel: (1¾” x 4”) Vellum Specialty Paper.
- The Dragonfly and Leaf images from the retired Awesomely Artistic stamp set were stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with Silver Embossing Powder.
- The greeting, Hello, from the Paper Pumpkin March 2026 Kit – Fluttering Garden, was also stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with Silver Embossing Powder.
All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch.
A fun bright Spring Hello card.
