Gallery Blooms – Notes of Spring

Welcome back!  Happy Sunday.  A little creative Studio time on this lovely Easter morning…

I am playing with Facebook’s Colour INKspiration (#206) Palette.  I chose to substitute Pumpkin Pie with Calypso Coral and darken Shaded Spruce to a more Garden Green look.

Here is the result:

GALLERY BLOOMS BUNDLE – NOTES OF SPRING – CI206

Steps:

  • Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic Beige cardstock.
  • Background Panel: (3⅞” x 5⅛”) Calypso Coral cardstock dry-embossed with the retired Subtle 3D Embossing Folder to add a little texture.
  • Vertical Panel: (2” x 4⅞”) Calypso Coral / Gray Granite Brocade patterned piece of paper from the Beautiful Gallery Designer Series Paper pack.
  • Square Panel: (3” x 3”) Gray Granite cardstock die-cut with the (2¾” x 2¾”) Stitched Square die from the Stylish Shapes Dies set and then also dry-embossed with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder.
  • Accent Square: (1¾” x 1¾”) Calypso Coral / Gray Granite Brocade patterned piece of paper die-cut with the (1½” x 1½) Stitched Square die from the same Dies set.
  • Focal Image – Flowers: Very Vanilla cardstock scrap.
    • The Double Flower image from the Gallery Blooms stamp set was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Stampin’ Blends Markers.  Colors chosen: Flower Petals – Light and Dark Calypso Coral; Flower Centers – Light Gray Granite; and Leaves – a blend of Light Shaded Spruce and Dark Old Olive.
    • The Flowers were then die-cut with the coordinating die from the Gallery Blooms Dies set.  The Gallery Blooms Bundle, stamps & dies are still available but just added to the Last Chance List.
  • Sentiment Label: Very Vanilla cardstock scrap colored with the Light Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blends Marker.
    • The sentiment, Especially for you, from the Notes of Spring stamp set, the Exclusive Product of the Month for March 2026, still available with a qualifying purchase, was stamped with Basic Gray ink and then die-cut with the small Label die from the Paradise Garden Dies set, an On-Line Exclusive Product.

All elements were adhered to the card base.  The Flowers and the Sentiment were popped up with Dimensionals and a few retired Adhesive Textured Dots were added to complete the card.

Celebrating a favorite Bundle as it is about to retire.
