Lovely Blossoms – You are so Beautiful

Welcome back!  Design Team Time for Facebook’s Case-ing Tuesday (#555).  Where we select cards from the Catalogs and remake them as we are inspired.  Today’s inspiration can be found on page 19 of the Jan – Apr Mini Catalog.

My design choices were influenced by the Sunday Stamps (#381) Color Palette which match up with the Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper, an On-Line Exclusive product, and to create a Floral card for Inspired By (#378).

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Crumb Cake cardstock.
• Background Panel: (4” x 5¼”) White & Crumb Cake Mini Floral patterned piece of paper.
  • Using the Light and Dark Cloud Cover Stampin’ Blends Markers, a few of the White Flowers were colored.
• Accent Mat: (3⅛” x 3⅞”) Secret Sea cardstock.
• Focal Panel: (3” x 3¾”) Petal Pink Floral patterned piece of paper.
• Sentiment Block: (3¼” x 1½”) Cloud Cover cardstock dry-embossed with the Joined Together 3D Embossing Folder.
• Sentiment #1: (2” x ⅜”) Petal Pink cardstock scrap.
  • The truncated sentiment, You are so, from the Lovely Arrangements stamp set, a coordinating On-Line Exclusive product, was stamped with Secret Sea ink and then cut on the diagonal.
• Sentiment #2: Following the suggestion from the original card, the word: Beautiful was die-cut from a scrap of Secret Sea cardstock with the word die from the Beautiful Blossoms Dies set, the Paper Pumpkin Add-On product for the first quarter 2026.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch.  An Old Olive Moody Palette Glossy Dot was added to complete the card.

Soft and pretty and so nice to compliment a friend or send birthday greetings.
