Lovely Arrangements – Friendly Birthday

Welcome back!  A brand-new week and a colorful birthday card for you today…

Color Dare (#688) has a bright fun palette that suited Seize The Birthday (#319) to use a Rainbow of colors.

I paired these up with the Inspire Create (#208) Sketch.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Poppy Parade cardstock.
• Background Panel: (5½” x 4¼”) Basic White cardstock dry-embossed with the All in a Row Embossing Folder and then trimmed to (5¼” x 4”).
• Blocks: 2025/2026 Brights Collection Designer Series Paper pack.
  • Top Side Blocks: (1” x 2¼”) Granny Apple Green Leaf patterned piece of paper.
  • Center Block: (2⅛” x 2¼”) Poppy Parade Splatter patterned piece of paper.
    • The sentiment, Hello Friend, from the Lovely Arrangements stamp set, an On-Line Exclusive product, was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with White Embossing Powder.
  • Center Strip Block: (4⅝” x ⅜”) Daffodil Delight Splatter patterned piece of paper.
  • Bottom Strip Block: (4⅝” x ½”) Granny Apple Green Splatter piece of paper.
    • The sentiment, Happy Birthday, from the same stamp set, was also stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with White Embossing Powder.
• Decoration – Flowers: Basic White cardstock scraps.
  • The Flower image, also from the Lovely Arrangements stamp set, was stamped three times with Poppy Parade ink.
  • Color was added to the Flowers using a Blending Brush and Poppy Parade ink.
  • The Flowers were die-cut with the coordinating die from the Lovely Arrangements Dies set.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch with a smattering of lovely blooms, one of which was popped up with Dimensionals.

A fun bright birthday card.
