Impressions Abloom – I Appreciate You

Design Time: For the Facebook’s Case-ing Tuesday (#532) Sketch.  Today’s card can be found on page 55 of the September 2025 – December 2026 Mini Catalog. 

CASE: (Copy and Steal Everything) Making it exactly the same; (Copy and Slightly Edit) Almost the same with a little variation; (Copy and Selectively Edit) Changing things.  You are welcome to choose how you create.  I decided to take the clean and simple styling up a notch.

My design choices were influenced by: Tic Tac Toe (#280) Top Line – Dies, Twine and Embossing and Facebook’ s SU! Colour Palette for September.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Lemon Lime Twist cardstock.
• Background Panel (5¼” x 4”) Basic White cardstock.
• Six Shapes: (4¼” x 6¾”) Azure Afternoon cardstock die-cut with the two (2⅛”) Circle dies from the Spotlight on Nature Dies set, an On-Line Exclusive product.
• Focal Images – Flowers: Berry Burst, Pretty in Pink and Lemon Lime Twist cardstock scraps die-cut with the various Floral and Leaf dies in the Impressions Abloom Dies set, also an On-Line Exclusive product.
• Sentiment Label: (3” x ⅞”) Berry Burst cardstock.
  • The sentiment, I Appreciate You, from the coordinating Impressions Abloom stamp set was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with White Embossing Powder.

The Circle Shapes were adhered in place onto the Background Panel, and the various Floral die-cuts were arranged on the Circles with some popped up with Dimensionals.  White Baker’s Twine was added, and the Sentiment was popped over top and then the finished Panel was adhered to the card base completing the card.

Admittedly a much fussier presentation of the CT532 Sketch but I was inspired by the lovely Floral photograph from SU! Color to use the new to me Impressions Abloom Bundle.  I am looking forward to seeing what you will create with the Case-ing Tuesday sketch this week.
