Welcome back! Monday and the start of a brand-new week.
The challenges: If You Give a Crafter a Cookie (#208) for a Back to School theme; Color Dare (#671) for the Palette and bringing it all together with the current Freshly Made (#705) Sketch.



Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Poppy Parade cardstock.
- Card Front: (4” x 5¼”) Basic White cardstock.
- The sentiment, Picture Perfect, from the Lovely Florals stamp set, an On-Line Exclusive product was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
- Blocks: (3¼” x ½”), (3¼” x ⅞”) and (3¼” x 1⅛”).
- Top: Crushed Curry Ruler patterned piece of paper from the retired Trusty Toolbox Designer Series Paper pack.
- Middle: Basic Black cardstock dry-embossed with the Glass Embossing Folder, also an On-Line Exclusive product.
- Bottom: Timid Tiger cardstock dry-embossed with the recently retired Mini Corrugated Embossing Folder.
- Focal Images – Boy & Girl: (2½” x 2”) Basic White cardstock.
- The Schoolchildren image from the retired Greeting Card Kids stamp set was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Stampin’ Blends Markers. Colors chosen: Skin – Ivory; Hair – Light Lemon Lolly; Dress and Hair Bow – Light Peach Pie; Shirt – Light Lemon Lolly; Shorts and Suspenders – Light Poppy Parade; Apple – Light Poppy Parade; Books and Sack – Dark Daffodil Delight.
- The Children were then fussy-cut with Paper Snips.
All elements were then adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch, and the Schoolchildren were popped up with Dimensionals.
Off to School and ready for picture day!
