Friends Are Like Seashells – Happy I Found You

Welcome back!  Hope your Sunday is just spectacular.

We are experiencing a heat wave in my neck of the woods…currently about 100 degrees, so the Beach is a good idea at the moment.

That said, there are several beachy themed challenges about: Simply Clean & Simple (#25); Inspiration Station (#75), We Love Stamping (#06JUL25); and If Give a Crafter a Cookie (#206).

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic Beige cardstock.
• Card Front: (4” x 5¼”) Basic Beige cardstock.
  • Using various stamps from the retired Waterfront, Friends Are Like Seashells and Friendly Seagulls stamp sets, the Beach scene was created.
    • Sand, Water, Sun, and Palm Trees (Waterfront): Crumb Cake, Crushed Curry, Balmy Blue, Pecan Pie and Garden Green inks.
    • Sandy Dots and Sentiment (Friends Are Like Seashells): Crumb Cake and Pecan Pie inks.
    • Seashells (Friendly Seagulls) Pecan Pie ink and Light Petal Pink and Light Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends Markers.

And that is all folks!  Clean and simple for a beachy friendship card.
