A happy afternoon…with some more time to craft.
The Freshly Made (#684) Sketch felt like a good fit for Farm Quest Country Christmas (#19) Rural Winter theme.

I am also sharing this card with Can You Handle The Pressure (#79) for their Weather Twist.

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic Beige cardstock.
- Background Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Basic Beige cardstock dry-embossed with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder, still available but on the Last Chance List.
- Side Strip: (1½” x 5¼”) Boho Blue and Mossy Meadow Plaid patterned piece of paper from the Timeless Plaid Designer Series Paper pack.
- Side Trim: (1” x 5¼”) Mossy Meadow cardstock scrap die-cut with the Memo File die from the retired Gorgeously Made Dies set.
- Accent Circle Mat: (2¾” x 2¾”) Boho Blue cardstock die-cut with the (2⅝”) Stitched Circle die from the Stylish Shapes Dies set.
- Circle Shape Focal Image: (2¾” x 2¾”) Basic White cardstock.
- The Cottage image from the Framed Scenes stamp set, an On-Line Exclusive product, was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Stampin’ Blends Markers. Colors chosen: Cottage Roof and Stonework – Light and Dark Pecan Pie; Cottage – Light Crumb Cake; Windows, Doors and Railing – Light Poppy Parade; Snow – Light Pool Party; and Visible Trees – Light Mossy Meadow.
- Using a Blending Brush, Balmy Blue ink was added to the Sky area.
- The Scene was then die-cut with the (2⅛”) Stitched Circle die, also from the Stylish Shapes Dies set.
- Sentiment Banner: Basic beige cardstock scrap.
- The sentiment, Celebrate the Season, from the retired Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set was stamped with Mossy Meadow ink and then die-cut with the (2¾” x ⅝”) Stitched Banner die, again from the Stylish Shapes Dies set.
All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch. Both the Circle Scene and Sentiment Banner were popped up with Dimensionals.

Wonderful winter card (although it’s way to early for me to think about winter) – Love the layout, the plaid and the embossing. It all works together very well.
