Rainbow Blooms – Hugs

Welcome back!  Monday and a brand-new week.  Hope it will be a good one…

Several Mood Boards with similar themes contributed to my design today:

Inkspirational (#339) for the bright colors and the floral motifs; Just Us Girls (#771) for their bright colors and stripe motifs; Inspired By (#332), featuring any color(s) and the strip themed sketch.  I am also sharing this card with Can You Handle The Pressure (#78) with a rainbow color twist.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic White cardstock.
• Background Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Daffodil Delight cardstock dry-embossed with the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder, an On-Line Exclusive product.
• Strips: Various Floral patterned pieces of paper from the now retired Sale-a-bration Bloom Impressions Designer Series Paper pack.
• Sentiment: Basic White and Coastal Cabana cardstock scraps die-cut with the word, Hugs, from the Hugs Abloom Dies set, a Paper Pumpkin Add-on product, adhered together for a shadow effect.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch.  

A sweet happy bright greeting card…
