A quick clean and simple card for you this morning inspired by the Freshly Made (#675) sketch and choosing the Just Add Ink (#740) color palette.
Here is the result:
Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic White cardstock.
- Card Front: (4” x 5¼”) Basic White cardstock.
- The Distressed Wood image from the retired Timeless Textures stamp set was stamped three times to reflect the lines in the sketch. Twice with 2nd Generation (stamped off once) Pretty in Pink ink and once with 2nd Generation Cherry Cobbler ink.
- Two Butterfly images from the Sketched Butterflies stamp set were stamped with Night of Navy ink.
- Using the Stamp-a-ma-jig Positioning Tool, the Butterflies were stamped again slightly off-set to create the impression of movement.
- The sentiment, Wishing you a beautiful birthday, also from the Sketched Butterflies stamp set, was stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink.
Card Front adhered to Card Base and we are done!
Simple Stamping, just stamps, ink and paper.
