A White Wedding

Welcome back!  A brand-new week and some time to play…

Festive Friday (#176) has opted to compliment National Wedding Month and that tied in nicely with the Double D (#011525) White on White theme.

Here is the result:

SOMETHING FANCY – FF0176 – DD011525

Steps:

  • Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Shimmery White cardstock (retired and still in my stash).
  • Background Panel: (5¼” x 4”) Shimmery White cardstock dry-embossed with the retired Tulip Frame Embossing Folder.
  • Accent Mat: (3” x 4”) Brushed Silver cardstock (retired and still in my stash).
  • Focal Panel: (3¼” x 4¼”) Shimmery White cardstock dry-embossed with the retired rectangle Heirloom Frame 3D Embossing Folder
    • The sentiment, Here’s to Beautiful beginnings & Happily ever afters, from the Something Fancy stamp set was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with Silver Embossing Powder.
    • The Frame was then trimmed out = approximate size (2⅞” x 3⅞”).
  • Decoration – Flowers: Shimmery White cardstock scrap die-cut three times with the small Flower die from the Heart Shaped Dies set, a free Sale-a-bration choice with a qualifying purchase.

All elements were adhered to the card base reflecting my passion for clean straight lines and the Flowers were decorated with small Pearls from the retired Jewels Basic Pearls pack.

A rather elegant wedding card, don’t you think?
