Winter Snow – Happy New Year

Design Team Time: This round at Cardz 4 Guyz (#363) we have a Tic Tac Toe Board. They are always fun – eight different combinations!  Which will you choose?

I opted for the middle column: Snow, Blue and a Winter Sentiment.

My clean and simple design was influenced by the following challenges: CAS on Friday (#299) for a New Year theme and The Male Room (#194) which was looking for a guy card in the same style.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Misty Moonlight cardstock.
• Card Front: (4” x 5¼”) Basic White cardstock.
  • The Trees, Polar Bear and Snow images from the retired White Christmas stamp set were stamped with Misty Moonlight ink.
  • The Happy New Year sentiment, two stamps from the Greetings of the Season stamp set were also stamped with Misty Moonlight ink.

Ta da!  All done.  Couldn’t be simpler.  Just Stamps, Ink and Paper for a very clean blue snow winter sentiment card suitable for any guy.
