Autumn Thanksgiving

Welcome back!  It has been a busy day…but I found some time to be creative.

Playing with the Color Throwdown (#820) Palette, the Tuesday Morning (#783) Sketch and selecting the theme suggested by Paper Craft Crew (#597).

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Crumb Cake cardstock.
• Background Panel: (4″ x 5¼”) Whitewashed Wood patterned piece of paper from the Country Woods Designer Series Paper pack.
• Arch Shape: (3¼” x 4½”) Crumb Cake cardstock die-cut with the Arch die from the Garden Meadows Dies set, an On-Line Exclusive product, which was then dry-embossed with Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder.
• Decoration – Foliage: Cajun Craze, Peach Pie and Calypso Coral cardstock scraps die-cut with (1) the Leaf Spray die from the Textured Florals Dies set and (2) the Small Leaf die from the Changing Leaves Dies set, also an On-Line Exclusive product.
• Sentiment Block: (2⅝” x ¾”) Cajun Craze cardstock scrap.
  • The sentiment, I’m glad you’re in my life, from the retired Feathered Flight stamp set was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with White Embossing Powder.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch and the Sentiment was popped-up with Dimensionals.
