Welcome back! How did the week pass by so quickly? Studio playtime…
Starting with the Freshly Made (#661) Sketch, the Creative Colour (#166) Palette and creating a Best Wishes card suitable for a Birthday or a Wedding for Heart’s Quest Celebration of Love (#11).

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Lost Lagoon cardstock.
- Background Panel: (4″ x 5¼”) Lost Lagoon cardstock dry-embossed with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder.
- Accent Mat: (3⅜” less a smidge x 4⅝”) Pretty Peacock cardstock.
- Four Panel Split: Floral off-cuts from the Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper pack leftover from another project. Cut sizes: (1” x 1”); (1” x 3¼”); (2” x 1”); and (2” x 3¼”).
- Sentiment: Basic Beige cardstock scrap (for Crumb Cake).
- The greeting, Best Wishes, from the retired Artistically Inked stamp set was stamped with Pretty Peacock ink and then die-cut with the (1¼”) Stitched Circle die from the Stylish Shapes Dies set.
All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch. The sentiment was popped up with Dimensionals and a few Blue-toned pearls from Adhesive-Backed Pearl Trio were added for a bit of bling.

This is beautiful, Jolanda!!! Greens and purples together is one of my favorite color combinations! And it is generic enough to be given for a birthday or wedding!!! The textures of the background panel just add rich realistic detail for the window frame layout styling! Thanks so much for creating and sharing at HQCOLCB! — Becca

I love the combination of Lost Lagoon and Pretty Peacock, they set off that DSP so nicely. Gorgeous!
