Having a play with a bunch of coordinating challenges. Beautiful Blossoms (#20) has a lovely Fall themed Mood Board of colored Roses and Inspire Create (#176) has a Floral theme this round. Kismet!
Color Hues (#94) is featuring tones of Rust and Green…and Stampin’ Up! Only (#360) is asking for only one stamped image. I think I can make that work.
Here is the result:
Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Mossy Meadow cardstock.
- Accent Mat: (3⅞” x 5⅛”) Peach Pie cardstock.
- Focal Panel: (3¾” x 5”) Very Vanilla cardstock.
- Using the Floral Sprig 3-Stencil Combo pack from Close To My Heart, an On-Line Exclusive product, and Blending Brushes, the design was created.
- Stencil #1 – Leaves: Ombre Coloring with Peach Pie, Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze inks.
- Stencil #2 – Stem: Ombre Coloring with Granny Apple Green, Old Olive and Mossy Meadow inks.
- Stencil #3 – Posies: Copper Clay ink.
- The sentiment, the only stamped image, May all your wishes come true, from the Unbounded Love stamp set was stamped with Mossy Meadow ink.
- Using the coordinating Floral Sprig Embossing Folder, also available On-Line, the stenciled Floral Sprig was dry-embossed.
- Using the Floral Sprig 3-Stencil Combo pack from Close To My Heart, an On-Line Exclusive product, and Blending Brushes, the design was created.
And, we are done, short of adhering all the layers together for a clean and simple card.
How pretty…reminds me a little of Chinese Lanterns…

I like how the leaves get darker orange the farther down the card they are. Such a pretty embossing folder and stencil combo, I had no idea that was even in SU!’s offerings! Thanks for playing along with us at SUO Challenges!
