Hi again! A quiet day in the neighborhood. Just perfect for some more play time in the Studio.
Lots of CAS (clean and simple) challenges about and I thought I would give it a go!
CAS on Friday (#291) with a Bird theme; Inkspirational (#323) with an Animal Twist; and AAA Cards (#273) with a Get Well Anything Goes theme.

I selected the Paper Craft Crew (#585) sketch; the Color Dare (#615) palette; and sharing with Crafter’s Café (#311) for their Lots of Colors Twist.

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic White cardstock.
- Focal Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Basic White cardstock.
- The Peacock image from the retired World Treasures stamp set was stamped with Night of Navy ink.
- A Mask was also stamped on Copy Paper and fussy-cut with Paper Snips.
- With the Mask in place, the Floral image, from the same stamp set, was stamped with Daffodil Delight ink.
- The Mask was removed, and the Peacock was colored with Stampin’ Blends Markers. Colors chosen Light Azure Afternoon, retired Just Jade, Daffodil Delight and Melon Mambo.
- The sentiment, Your’re in my thoughts, from the retired Hills of Tuscany stamp set was also stamped with Night of Navy ink.
And we are done! I love one layer clean and simple cards.

Pretty peacock – reminds me of the Partridge Family mascot from the 70s; well without the magnificent tail feathers. Love the addition of the floral element. Thanks for joining us at AAA Cards.
