Welcome back! So happy you came for a visit. It is Monday and the start of a brand-new week.
Jingle Belles (#2417) is visiting Christmas Past with a vintage theme and As You See It (#330) also has a vintage / shabby chic style theme. I thought the current Try A Sketch On Tuesday (#653) layout would be most suitable for my idea(s).

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Early Espresso cardstock.
- Background Panel: (5¼” x 4”) Old Olive patterned piece of paper from the retired Holiday Treasures Designer Series Paper pack.
- Bottom Strip Panel: (5⅛” x 1½”) Snowflake Ornament patterned piece of paper from the same paper pack.
- Frame: (5¼” x 3½”) Pretty in Pink cardstock die-cut with the large Hexagon die from the Wildflower Designs Dies set.
- Frame Inset – Sentiment: (5¼” x 3½”) Crumb Cake / Cherry Cobbler Scripted (Oh, Christmas Tree) patterned piece of paper from the retired Deck The Halls Designer Series Paper pack also die-cut with the same large Hexagon die standing in for the Sentiment.
- Decorative Shapes – Poinsettias: Poinsettia patterned piece of paper, also from the Holiday Treasures Designer Series Paper pack fussy-cut with Paper Snips.
All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch. The Poinsettias were popped up with Dimensionals and a few light Pink-toned retired Adhesive Backed Milky Dots were added as was a double tied Bow of Mossy Meadow and Crumb Cake retired Braided Linen Trim.
What a pretty holiday card.
