Bird’s Eye View – You’re Amazing

Happy Sunday!  All set for the Eclipse tomorrow?  Do you have your glasses? 

Working with two challenges that have deadlines today…Creative Colour (#135) and the Tuesday Morning (#751) Sketch and sharing with Critter Crazy (#85).

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic White cardstock.
• Layered Panel: (2½” x 4¼”) pieces of Lemon Lolly, Coastal Cabana and Bubble Bath cardstock.
  • All pieces were dry-embossed.  Lemon Lolly – Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder and the On-Line Exclusive Bubble patterned Basics 3D Embossing Folder.  Coastal Cabana – Cross Hatch patterned Basics 3D Embossing Folder.  Bubble Bath – Star Flower patterned Basics 3D Embossing Folder.
  • Six pieces, two Lemon Lolly, two Coastal Cabana and two Bubble Bath were die-cut with the (4⅝”) Circle die from the On-Line Exclusive Deckled Circles Dies set.
  • All seven pieces were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch.
• Focal Image – Bird: Basic White cardstock scrap.
  • The Bird and Glasses images from the Bird’s Eye View stamp set were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Stampin’ Blends Markers:  Colors chosen: Retired Light Coastal Cabana, Light Bubble Bath and Light Lemon Lolly.
  • The Bird was fussy-cut with Paper Snips and added to the card with Dimensionals.
• Sentiment Strip: (2¼” x ⅜”) Basic White cardstock scrap.
  • The sentiment, you’re all kinds of amazing, from the Phrases for All stamp set was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and trimmed on the diagonal with Paper Snips.
  • The sentiment was also popped up with Dimensionals.

Spring Graduations are around the corner…but celebrating a child or a friend is always a great time to send them a note.
