Tropical Thank You

Hi!  A few more deadlines…

For: Colorful Options (March); Cupcake Inspirations (#590); and If You Give a Crafter a Cooke (#190).  Bringing it all together: Freshly Made Sketches (#629).

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic White cardstock.
• Card Front Panel: (4¼” x 5½”) Blushing Bride retired cardstock dry-embossed with the Cane Weave 3D Embossing Folder.
• Top Accent Strip: (4¼” x 1¼”) Shaded Spruce cardstock scrap.
  • The word, thanks, was die-cut with one of the word dies from the retired Greetings Thinlits Dies set.
  • The Strip was then dry-embossed with the retired Subtle 3D Embossing Folder.
• Focal Image – Tropical Leaves: Tropical Leaf patterned piece of paper from the retired Tropical Oasis Designer Series Paper pack.
  • A section of three leaves was fussy-cut with Paper Snips from the sheet.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch with the Tropical Leaves popped up with Dimensionals.

March is a GREEN month and green is also a favorite color.  While it is getting warmer, lots of snow came this month…tropical dreaming for a sunny warm weather spot or March Break adventure.
