Marvelous Nature – Timeless Arrangements

Did you see the Mood Board over at Just Add Ink (#691)?  I love the moodiness of the blues and greens, the mystical touches of gold…so, I just had to play.

I selected to keep the card clean and simple by choosing the AAA Cards (#260) sketch and sharing with Tic Tac Toe (#242) left line.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Blueberry Bushel cardstock.
• Focal Panel: (4⅛” x 5¾”) Basic White cardstock.
  • With my Fine-Tipped Liquid Gel Pen, I drew a loose Harlequin Rope along the left side.
  • I colored the Harlequin Rope with the Dark Blueberry Bushel, Azure Afternoon and Pretty Peacock Stampin’ Blends Markers.
  • Several of the Floral type element stamps from the Timeless Arrangements stamp set were stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with Gold Embossing Powder along the Harlequin Rope.
  • The sentiment, You’re Marvelous, from the Marvelous Nature stamp set was stamped with Blueberry Bushel ink.

And there you have it…a lovely clean and simple, yet pretty great friendship and/or congratulatory card.
