Dainty Delight Bouquet – I Love You

Welcome back!  So happy you joined me.

The end of the month is coming quickly and therefore a few deadlines are catching up with me. 

Inspired By (#277) Tray and items thereof… White Dainty Blossoms and touches of pink along with black and gray; Heart’s Quest Celebration Of Love (#02) goes without saying; and I opted for a clean and simple card with a geometric design for Addicted to CAS (#252) to finish off my card and to share with AAA Cards (#259) Anything Goes.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Smoky Slate cardstock.
• Focal Panel: (4⅛” x 5⅜”) Basic White cardstock.
  • Using a piece of Grid Paper, a Mask / Stencil was created with several of the Hexagon dies from the retired Beautiful Shapes Dies set.
  • With Blending Brushes, Bubble Bath, Smoky Slate and Basic Gray inks were added.
  • The Floral image from the Dainty Delight stamp set was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
  • The sentiment, I love you, from the Softly Sketched stamp set was also stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

Such a quick card to create and ever so pretty. I can totally see a gentleman choosing this card for his lady.  It is interesting, subtle, and gets straight to the point.
