Brightest Glow – Gold Sparkle Snowflakes

Bear with me.  This is the last card for today…clean and simple.

This time: Freshly Made (#615) for the Sketch; AAA Cards (#254) for the Colors and the Style; Time Out (#253) for the Sparkle; and Happy Little Stampers (December) for the Theme.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic Black cardstock.
• Background Panel: (3½” x 4¾”) Basic Black cardstock and (3½” x 6”) Gold Snowflake patterned piece of vellum from the retired Winter Wonderland Designer Vellum stack.
  • The vellum piece was wrapped around the Basic Black piece and secured with scotch tape.
• Vertical Strip: (1½” x 2½”) Distressed Gold Specialty Paper.
  • The sentiment, All is Merry & Bright, from the Brightest Glow stamp set was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with Black Embossing Powder.
• Shape – Oval: (2½” x 3”) Gold and White Snowflake patterned piece of paper from the retired Lights Aglow Specialty Designer Series Paper pack die-cut with the Oval die from the retired Wonderful Floral Framelits Dies set.

All cut pieces were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch.  The Snowflake Oval was popped up with Dimensionals.

Sparkly Gold Snowflakes for a classy clean and simple holiday card.
