Traditions of St. Nick – Gift Tags

Welcome back!  No Black Friday shopping for me…just crafting time!

Over at Paper Players (#667), the challenge is to create clean and simple Tags.

I am sharing this idea with Time Out (#252), Park Hopping (November), and Krafty Chicks (#691).

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Tag Front: (2⅜” x 4”) On-Line Exclusive Traditions of St. Nick Designer Series Paper pack. Pattern chosen: Mossy Meadow die-cut with that same sized Elongated Hexagon die from the Countryside Corners Dies set.
• Tag Back: (2⅜” x 4”) Crumb Cake cardstock, also die cut with the Countryside Corners die and dry-embossed with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder for strength and stability.
• Tag Reinforcements: Traditions of St. Nick Designer Series Paper scraps die-cut with one of the Tab dies from the Tailor Made Tags Dies set.
• Tag Decoration: St. Nick images fussy-cut with Paper Snips from one of the patterned pieces of paper from the Traditions of St. Nick Designer Series Paper pack.
• The Tag Front and Tag Back were adhered together.  The Red and Green Tabs were adhered to the front and back of the Tag.  Using a (⅛”) Hole Punch, the Tab Hole was created.
  • Gold Trim (6”) from the Gold & Silver (⅛”) Trim Combo pack was added to the Tags.
  • The St. Nick images were added to the Tags with Dimensionals.

• Tag Greeting, if desired: (1⅞” x 3⅜”) Basic White cardstock die-cut with that same sized Countryside Corners die.
  • The To / From greeting from the Joy of Noel stamp set was stamped with Mossy Meadow ink.
  • The Holiday sentiment, All is Bright & Merry, from the Brightest Glow stamp set was stamped with Real Red ink.
  • The Tag Greeting was adhered to the Tag Back.
