Hello, again! I am back with the second card for today.
The challenges: Sunday Stamps (#320) for the sketch which I flipped to the vertical position; Just Add Ink (#676) for the autumn inspiration and coloring; Color Throw Down (#766) for the specific colors; Time Out (#250) for the sentiment and Happy Little Stampers (October) for the watercolor technique.

Here is the result:

Steps:
- Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Very Vanilla cardstock.
- Card Front: (4⅛” x 5⅜”) Very Vanilla cardstock dry-embossed with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder.
- Accent Mat: (3” x 4⅛”) Cajun Craze cardstock.
- Focal Image – Leaves: (2½” x 3⅝”) Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper.
- The Leaf design was hand-drawn using my Uniball Classic Deluxe Fine Point Black Pen. I wanted an image that I could watercolor.
- Using the Fine-Tipped Water Painter Brush and Cajun Craze ink, the Leaves were colored.
- Once dry, I used Masking Fluid to cover the Leaves.
- Using the Wide-Tipped Water Painter Brush, Balmy Blue ink was added to the background.
- Once dry, the Masking Fluid was removed.
- Sentiment: Balmy Blue cardstock scrap.
- The sentiment, Thank You, from the Inked Botanicals stamp set was stamped with Versamark ink and heat-set with Black Embossing Powder.
- The sentiment was die-cut with the (1¼”) Stitched Circle die from the Stylish Shapes Dies set.
All elements were arranged and adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch. The Sentiment was popped up with Dimensionals and the circle shape was chosen as it fit a bit better with the vertical card orientation.
Thanks for spending some more of your time with me today. Cheers, Jolanda!
