Sunshine & Smiles – You Brighten My Day

Welcome back!  How about a little dose of sunshine?

That is the theme over at Less Is More (#494) for a clean and simple card.  Additionally, over at Paper Craft Crew (#541) they are looking for a #simplestamping card. 

What a great way to use your growing stamp collection from your Stampin’ Up! Paper Pumpkin Kits?

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic White cardstock.
  • The Sun image from the Box of Sunshine stamp set from the June 2020 kit was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
  • The greeting, You Brighten My Day, from the Sunshine & Smiles stamp set from February 2023 kit was also stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
  • Using a Blending Brush and Daffodil Delight ink, color was brushed on and around the stamped Sun image.

And that is it!  Stamps, Inks and Paper.  What a nice little pick me up card.  Short and sweet and to the point and really easy to create.
