Gorgeous Leaves – Just Wanted To Say

Hi!  A new set of challenges and I have the house all to myself today!  Play Time!

A clean and simple card for Addicted to CAS (#244) including the elements suggested by The Male Room (#177) and the colors I picked from Color Dare (#560) with the Sketch Saturday (#732) layout.

Here is the result:

Steps:

• Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Pretty Peacock cardstock.
• Focal Panel: (5¼” x 4”) Very Vanilla cardstock (for Shortbread).
  • Using a Blending Brush and a section of the Striped Square patterned Stencil from the Artistic Mix Decorative Masks set, retired Soft Succulent ink (for Sage) was added to the left side.
  • The Splatter image from the retired Gorgeous Leaves stamp set was stamped with 2^nd Generation (stamped off once) Soft Succulent ink multiple times to create the circle arc.
  • The Maple Leaf image also from the same stamp set was stamped three times with Pretty Peacock ink (for Harbour).
  • The sentiment, Just Wanted To Say, from the Country Bouquet stamp set was added with Soft Succulent ink.
  • For a bit of sparkle, three light blue/green colored Rhinestone Basic Jewels from my stash were added.

Just Stamps, Ink and Paper…simple stamping …for a clean and simple card suitable for a guy.
