HELLO PUMPKIN
Today I created a couple of alternative cards with this month’s kit: HELLO PUMPKIN. This is a timely kit perfect for creating favors for Halloween and/or Thanksgiving. It is a little too early for me to make Halloween goodies for the my neighbors.
I used a few of the stamps included in the kit and one of the die-cut pieces as a stencil. I was feeling a little quiet and went for a muted color palette of Very Vanilla and Cajun Craze along with Blushing Bride.
Thanks (Stencil)

The open fret-work die-cut label mat was used as a stencil to add the sponged pattern across the front of the card. Keeping it all very simple with a single small sentiment. To dress the card up a little, the Metallic Edge Ribbon was colored with the Cajun Craze (Light) Stampin’ Blend to coordinate with the cardstock and ink color choice and a few Champagne Rhinestones for a little bling.
Thanks (Pumpkins)

Three Pumpkins were stamped, colored with a bit of ink and a Blender Pen before they were fussy cut. The pumpkins were centered onto a Very Vanilla oval matted with an Old Olive oval. The Metallic Edge Ribbon was colored Cajun Craze, the same as the previous, and wrapped across a Very Vanilla panel that was embossed with Subtle 3D embossing folder. For soft contrast, a Blushing Bride mat, embossed with the Tasteful Textiles 3D embossing folder, was added.
These are the favors that can be made with this Paper Pumpkin Kit. Note that some elements (Skeletons, Bats, Sentiment) shown are from previous Halloween Paper Pumpkin kits
Don’t forget to sign up for next month’s kit: JOY TO THE WORLD
