Flowers Fair – Note of Thanks

Welcome back!  A brand-new week.  Here’s to your creativity…

Each month I create an Inspiration Board with a Photo, a series of coordinating Colors and a Sketch.  I invite you to play along choosing all elements or just what inspires you.

Today, I chose three of the Colors and the Sketch along with the Spring theme suggested by Inspire Create (#213) and Moving Along With The Times (#188).

Here is the result:

FLOWERS FAIR – NOTES OF SPRING – TISS2603 – ICC213 – MAWTT188

Steps:

  • Card Base: (8½” x 5½” scored at 4¼”) Basic White cardstock.
  • Background Panel: (4” x 5¼”) Strawberry Slush Splatter patterned piece of paper from the 2025/2027 In-Color Collection Designer Series Paper pack.
  • Accent Panel: (2½” x 4½”) Basic White cardstock dry-embossed with the Beautiful Pattern 3D Embossing Folder, still available but now on the Last Chance List.
  • Accent Strip: (¾” x 4”) Summer Splash Splatter patterned piece of paper from the 2024/2026 In-Color Collection Designer Series Paper pack, a retiring color, still available but now on the Last Chance List.
  • Sentiment Block: (1½” x 1¼”) Crushed Curry Splatter patterned piece of paper from the 2025/2026 Regals Collection Designer Series Paper pack.
    • The sentiment, A little note of thanks, from the Notes of Spring stamp set, the Exclusive Product of the Month for March 2026, still available with a qualifying purchase, was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
  • Shapes – Flowers: (4¼” x 5½”) Basic White cardstock.
    • The On-Line Exclusive Flowers Fair stamp was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
    • A few Flowers were selected and colored with Stampin’ Blends Markers.  Colors chosen: Bloom #1 – Light and Dark Strawberry Slush; Blooms #2 – Dark Daffodil Delight and the retired Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blendabilities Marker, still in my stash that reads like Crushed Curry; and Leaves – Light and Dark Summer Splash.
    • The Flowers were then fussy-cut with Paper Snips.

All elements were adhered to the card base to resemble the sketch.  The Flowers were were popped up with Dimensionals.

Fun and bright with pops of fresh Spring colors.  A nice little Thank You card.
